Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (late check-ins available — reception is open 24 hours)
Check-out: before 11:00 AM

If you would like a late check-out, please ask at reception. We cannot guarantee availability, but we’ll always do our best to help.

Rooms

Please respect your roommates. Use headphones when watching videos or listening to music, and avoid phone calls inside the dorms.

If you arrive late or leave early, please keep noise to a minimum.

Bathrooms

Please be mindful that others may be waiting. Keep your showers short and leave the space clean for the next guest.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen is provided for all guests.
In private rooms, towels are included.
For guests staying in dorms, towels are available to rent for €5.
Just ask at reception.

Lockers

Each dorm guest has a personal locker. Please keep your belongings locked at all times.

Bring your own padlock.

Back to Lisbon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Public Areas

Reception and common areas are open 24/7.

Our bar is open all day, every day, until midnight..

Housekeeping

Housekeeping runs daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please allow our team access to clean and maintain the rooms.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Smoking

Back to Lisbon is a smoke-free hostel, including e-cigarettes.

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor garden.

Food & Beverages

You are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy it in designated areas.

Our self-service kitchen is available for preparing meals and storing food in the fridge.

Personal beverages are not allowed in common areas - drinks must be purchased at the bar.

Eating and drinking are not permitted inside dorms or private rooms.

Pets

Pets are not allowed, except certified guide dogs. In this case, a private room must be booked.

Guests Under 18

Guests under 18 are not permitted in shared dorms.

Minors staying in private rooms must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (a written authorization alone is not sufficient).
